hi wft going with you guys i order almost 6 cards. nothing was deliver. i have many customers i worked with but looks like i scam them by not receiving their cards to the recipient i’m so depressed and in trouble i have my order number here since last month now nothing is received are you guys scamming i’m frustrated now i can sue you and report if you find solution to these order i chat you. still ask for reprint still not received yet this is unfair and crazy

My brother and his girlfriend survived the LA fires, fleeing their home which burned down. They lost everything and thanks to ink Cards I was able to re-send the cards that decorated his refrigerator starting in 2016 when my son was born. We sent cards while living abroad and in the US. All were salvaged. My brother was able to secure a new apartment a few weeks after the fires. Thank you for helping make their new space feel a little like home again.
You, at INK CARDS, have NO IDEA what these cards have meant to my recipients…especially two widows that get one each every two weeks from me. And saying that, I COULD NOT do it IF the price went up…as I see it did by 12-17 cents🤔….as a retired teacher, sending cards to people, not only on holidays, means SO much….it’s a lost art receiving cards that people can actually HOLD IN THEIR HANDS and hang on to. LOVE LOVE LOVE this concept you came up with for this price….please keep it up!!!!!
I have ordered several cards from ink. What has kept me coming back is the quality and the selection. I love that. I can create my own postcards and do different finishes. The coloration of the photograph is usually well done and overall the product is excellent. My big issue is that half the time, the cards don’t show up. I actually ordered a dozen cards to be individually sent to my own address and none of them showed up. I kept having to go through. customer service, which is AI generated and I could never speak to a human. I asked to speak to a person on the phone and got no one. I have received one generic email from the company and a few times they resubmitted the work for me but they still owe me $20. It’s crazy that their product is so good but the Mail out system is absolutely chaotic. Their customer service is nonexistent. Caveat emptor.

I’ve used this app for years and have loved it to send personalized cards for every occasion. Now it’s gone downhill immensely. I order a card and it takes upwards of 2+ weeks to be delivered. One card took an entire month. Where on earth are they shipping these from???? It’s so frustrating and disappointing. On the hunt for a different app that I can send a card in less than 2 weeks!
Love, love this app!! This app makes it so easy to reach out and make someone's day!! I love that I can personalize each card with a special photo and now I can choose the font and the color. Not only do they mail and stamp your card but you can also add a gifts or gift cards if you like. Ink Cards is my go to app for every card giving occasion.
Used to be better. Now it takes 15-20 days to deliver. Customer service is worthless. Use Felt app they are much better!

Only AI is present to assist with orders gone wrong. One of my expensive gifts never arrived but no tracking info is given or exists. I see now why- you will never know if your holiday cards/gifts arrive unless you ask all recipients. So then if you want a refund because reprinting is pointless after the holiday or birthday or anniversary, you have to talk to a human…but you have to convince the AI to connect you with a human via email and even then no human responds. I tried this three days ago and there has been absolutely no response, not even a “we will reach out shortly!”. I guess I just donated money to Ink and with that donation I’m done with them for good.
But for the holidays I ordered a card + gift card. This was never received by the recipient so I tried to speak to customer service. No email or phone number, only a chat page in the app which only opens to a blank screen. Please help.

Ordered one card to try them out and it NEVER arrived. Cant chat with a HUMAN, only AI and it’s not intelligent. They are sending a reprint even though it’s no long my sister’s bday. No offer of a refund. Do not recommend using. I will be deleting this app!
I have utilized this company multiple times over the years and have consistently had a positive experience. Unfortunately, it appears that the quality of service has diminished recently. I ordered Christmas cards that were delivered later than the anticipated date. Given the holiday season, I was understanding of the delay. However, the images were of poor quality and appeared blurry. I had previously used the same high-quality camera, which yielded satisfactory results. I reached out to customer service and interacted with an artificial intelligence system. The system indicated that I was eligible for a refund and that a representative would contact me to finalize the process. It took three days for a representative to connect with me, during which I was only asked to provide a photograph of my order. I responded within thirty minutes, yet it took them four days to reply, and that communication was sent at 4:30 AM my time. Once again, I answered promptly, but I received no further acknowledgment. This experience has highlighted the company's unprofessionalism and lack of consistency. I have discontinued my patronage and advised my family and friends to do the same.
I reached out multiple times for a correction, says later thru got back to me and told me it was corrected. It wasn’t. 40 cards not fixed after I told they would be. Shipping also arrived late after I paid for priority shipping. Used to be a good service but I will be using Shutterfly from now on.

Been using Sincerely for years: brilliant service with a variety of themes/templates that remove all excuses for sending postcards and stationary to friends and family. Unfortunately, the inability to actually load larger iCloud Photo libraries severely hampers the ability to use the service in nearly direct proportion to the number of photos one captures. Why penalize the photo bugs? Other 3rd party apps/services that access the built in iOS photo library do not have this issue, it’s unique to Sincerely. Please fix and bring back the magic of this app and service.
Used to work great..... now not so much. Customer service is slow at best and not very helpful. Last two years, they managed not to ship the cards. Really disappointed.
I have used this app for a really long time (probably 10 years?) I have always loved how easy it was to use and the quality of what was sent. I always use Ink for our Christmas cards and send one to our house to keep. The print quality was so garbage this year. I use really high quality pictures in the cards. It looks like I printed this on a crappy home printer. I have tried to contact them 3x and am always told I would get a response within a few days and it’s been like 3 weeks. I’m disappointed and won’t be using them anymore.

I used to love this app but now it takes too long for it to be delivered. Plus, it used to say “delivered” when it was at the recipient.
My Christmas card came back so blurry I threw them away. Never used Ink till this year. But never again. Need to be reimbursed!

I have friends and family all over the country and ink helps keep me in touch with them using high quality beautiful cards with our selfies on them ❤️ This year I used ink for Christmas cards for the first time and I will never use another service! You can personalize the message to all of your recipients if you want! And the premium card stock makes for an exceptional display on fridges

Was supposed to get 3 Christmas cards and only received 1. Had hopes for this company but they proved otherwise.
I sent out over 30 Christmas cards at the beginning of December and only 2 people have received one. All they offered was to resend them and people will receive them after Christmas! Very disappointing and just not worth the money!
Been using for years and it’s my go to app for cards! Love it! That said, your turnaround has slipped over the years, 3 weeks or longer, that the thought is nearly lost on the recipient. Fulton51
My original review had 5 stars and I’m changing it to one. I used Ink to send out custom Christmas cards and I just had a family member text me a picture of their card and it was for someone else with pictures and text for the other person. I sent out dozens of these cards and I’m cringing wondering how many people got the wrong card. I used their chat assist and emailed them and have heard nothing.
I tried reaching out to make an edit on an order but can’t get access to their customer support. The website recommends their app so I downloaded it. Their “chat is available 24 hours a day” will NOT LOAD. I downloaded on my iPad instead and had the same issue. There’s no one to contact if you want to fix an order. I’m trying to reach out at the appropriate time before it’s too late but it seems like they’ll just take your money and blame that their systems were down.
I thought I’d pass this helpful advice. Make sure to check your cards were received. Most of mine weren’t.
For something like this iPad support is great but landscape mode should be a no brainer. Hope this is a quick fix for the team. Seems like a strange omission.
This is my first time using Ink Cards and I just received my Christmas cards! They’re beautiful!! And the time from ordering to receiving them was QUICK! Will definitely order from here again!!
I designed and ordered a card for my dad for Fathers Day. It wasn’t until I visited for the holidays that I discovered the card had no message inside. How do you leave a card blank?? I reached out for some sort of resolution and I was met with zero accountability and back and forth emails with no resolution. Won’t be using this company again and would not recommend.
I can no longer access my past orders or names and addresses of my previous recipients.
A few times now it has happened that recipients did not receive their postcards. Some did, some didn’t. I am having to follow up with the company to get “re-prints“. When I pay for something, I want to trust that it will be delivered. Not sure why this is happening.
I order cards 2-3 weeks in advance and they are never on time. It’s really annoying.
After receiving activation code from ink cards you won’t be given the digital gift card to use You will be told to contact card companies to receive your gift card and you will be turn back by the company because they know nothing about the activation code that ink cards give you
This service is no longer worth it. Last month I sent 11 Halloween cards to grandparents and other family members. While the initial order said the cards would arrive a few days prior to the holiday, they ended up arriving more than a week later AND worse, the wrong cards. Every 70-80yo in my family was beyond confused to get cards from people they don’t know. The customer service fix was horrible, asked for proof of each of their screw ups. The ey made their errors my problem. I’m still waiting for my refund but not holding my breath. App deleted permanently!
